OSHA Numbered Courses – North Dakota Safety Council is not an OSHA Training Institute Education Center, but serves as a Host Training Organization for Mountain West OSHA Education Center, which is part of the OSHA Training Institute (OTI) Education Centers. OTIECs are a national network of non-profit organizations authorized by OSHA to deliver occupational safety and health training for all levels of workers.
