Premium Booth – $745
- Premium booths include the same amenities as a standard booth, but are located in prime locations such as end caps, near food, and in aisles we anticipate high traffic flow areas.
Standard Booth – $695
We know attending a conference is an investment, so we focus on giving you the best value possible. When you purchase a 10’x10’ Standard or Premium booth, you will receive:
- Electricity (provide your own extension cord – we recommend a 30-foot extension cord)
- One secured wireless internet code
- Breakfast, lunch and keynote access for two people each day
- 10’x10’ space sectioned off with an 8’ backdrop and 3’ sides (blue)
- An 8’ table with white table cover, blue skirting and 2 chairs
- 8.5 hours of scheduled networking time with qualified attendees
- Company listing in the Program Guide
- Post-show attendee list, including name, company, mailing address and phone number.
Booth Location and Multiple Booths
- If you would prefer not to be next to a competitor, check the interactive floor plan to see other company locations. If a competitor chooses a booth next to yours, you may modify your registration online. If you would like assistance choosing a new booth, please call 701-223-6372.
- Our interactive floor plan, only lets you register one booth at a time. When registering multiple booths, please register one booth at a time and then when you get to the payment page, choose the invoice option. Our accounting department will send you a combined invoice.
- Two complimentary attendee passes are included with each booth purchased. If you need additional passes, the cost is $75 per additional attendee, and includes meals. Just add your additional attendees to your cart during the registration process.

Additional Booth Amenities
- Purchase your additional booth amenities NOW during registration to avoid extra costs on the day of the show, as they will be a higher rate.
- Extra 4′, 6′ or 8′ table – $8
- Extra cloth skirting – $30
- Extra cloth table cover – $15
- Secured Hard Line Internet – $100
- Additional Secured Wireless Internet Code – $5
- One code is provided with each booth purchase. No outside routers are permitted.
If you MUST cancel your booth registration prior to January 27, 2023, you will receive a 50% refund minus a 3% processing fee. No refunds will be issued after January 27 due to marketing and administrative costs incurred.
