NDSC and CEF Join Forces to Expand OSHA Training Across North Dakota
The North Dakota Safety Council has teamed up with the CEF OSHA Education Center (OTIEC) to bring a new wave of advanced OSHA training to our communities. Starting May 2025, the NDSC will officially serve as a Host Training Organization for CEF OTIEC, unlocking a broader lineup of OSHA-authorized courses right here in North Dakota.
That means more options, more convenience, and more opportunity for professionals in industries like construction, energy, agriculture, and manufacturing to get the high-level training they need without leaving the state.
“We’ve proudly carried the responsibility of high-level OSHA education in North Dakota for over a dozen years,” said Chuck Clairmont, Executive Director of the NDSC. “By teaming up with CEF OTIEC, we’re taking that commitment even further—making it easier than ever for professionals to access high-quality, advanced OSHA training right here at home.”
A Trusted Legacy, Now Stronger Than Ever
For over a decade, NDSC has proudly delivered OSHA-numbered courses that empower safety leaders and protect North Dakota’s workforce. This new partnership with CEF OTIEC builds on that trusted legacy with a renewed commitment to safety excellence, access, and innovation.
More Than a Partnership—A Shared Mission
The CEF OSHA Education Center is a nationally recognized leader in construction and safety training. Their expertise and reach, combined with NDSC’s strong community roots and training excellence, creates a powerful synergy that’s set to reshape OSHA education across the state.
“We are thrilled to partner with NDSC and stand behind its incredible members as they continue their vital mission of serving the people of North Dakota,” said Lavan Konshak, Program Director of the CEF OSHA Education Center. “At our core, we share a deep commitment to empowering workers, strengthening safety, and making a lasting impact.”
