April is Distracted Driving Awareness Month
The North Dakota Safety Council partners with the National Safety Council to help bring awareness to North Dakota drivers about the dangers of distracted driving.

Primary Seat Belt Law Aug. 1
Starting August 1, 2023, the North Dakota seat belt law becoming a primary enforcement goes into effect. This change was passed by the ND Legislature this past session.
2022 Award Winners
This year, we handed out 86 awards to companies and individuals representing multiple industries including transportation, manufacturing, construction, and oil and gas.
