This course is designed for those directly responsible for serving, preparing and monitoring the sale of alcoholic beverages. Completion of RBS training will give trainees the tools to identify potential underage customers, false IDs and common signs of overconsumption. See below for full course description.

Device and browser:

• Chrome or Edge are recommended to complete the online course. DO NOT use Internet Explorer. If you are using a Mac, please use Safari.
• Registration and the online course are designed to be completed on a tablet, laptop or desktop computer. Cell phones are NOT recommended.

How to register:

• Click the “Schedule” tab below. Disregard the calendar. 
• Click “register for class” at the bottom right. 
• When a new window opens, click “Continue as Guest.” There’s no need to create an account. 
• Credit card information: leave this field blank.

Registration details:

• To prevent your registration from being rejected, only place your email in the “Email address to send confirmation” at the top of the form. Skip the email field later in the form.
• If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder.

Taking the training:

• Once registered, you have 20 days to complete the course.
• To receive a Certificate of Completion, you must receive a passing score of 75% or above. If you score under 75%, you will need to re-register for this course after 24 hours at your own expense.

Registrations are not transferrable and are non-refundable after registration.
