The largest safety conference in the region kicks off the final week in February. Hundreds of safety professionals and employees from multiple industries will take part in the North Dakota Safety Council’s 49th Annual Safety & Health Conference. This is the first time the NDSC has hosted the conference for five days, it runs Feb. 21-25. Monday and Tuesday are pre-conference training courses, while Wednesday the full conference kicks off at the Bismarck Event Center and runs through Friday.
In 2022 there are options to attend in person and virtually. The sessions are eye-opening and relevant to everyday workplace concerns. Three nationally renowned keynotes highlight the week, while dozens of other speakers from across the country delve deep into leadership, culture, cutting-edge safety concepts, and hands-on training.
On Wednesday, Will Bowen kicks off our conference by telling us The 5 Reasons People Complain and How to Get Them to Stop in a funny and fast-paced presentation.

We end the conference Friday with an impactful speech from Dave Davlin as he talks about The Game-Winning 3. He pushes the audience to develop themselves personally and professionally while creating value and making a difference in the lives of others.
The conference also includes great chances to network including an exhibitor show with 110 vendors and an Event Social, which allows people to mix and mingle.
