How to Register Registration for courses can be made online or by submitting a completed Mail-in Registration Form to the North Dakota Safety Council 1640 Burnt Boat Dr., Bismarck, ND 58503. If you require special needs, please register no later than 14 days prior to the course starting date. Registration Confirmation Course confirmation inquires may be conducted by calling (701) 223-6372, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. If you register and pay online, you will receive a confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 3 business days prior to the course for a full refund. There will be a $50 processing fee for late cancellations on half day and full day courses. There will be a $100 processing fee for multi-day courses. No refunds will be made on un-cancelled registrations. The North Dakota Safety Council reserves the right to cancel any class when minimum enrollment requirements are not met.
