PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS

The NDSC requires pre-registration and pre-payment on all training courses. If you are unable to attend a training course, you must cancel at least three business days prior to the course for a full refund. Late registrations, cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. NDSC reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum attendance requirements. In the event that a class is cancelled, NDSC will notify you and make other arrangements.

LANGUAGE BARRIERS

The North Dakota Safety Council teaches all courses in English, unless otherwise noted. Students must be proficient in English or provide their own translator. If a translator is used, he/she must have a background in occupational safety and health, the course length must be doubled and the company must set up a private course to allow for extra teaching/translation time. Online options are available in Spanish for OSHA 10-Hour General Industry and Construction courses.
