Why is NDSC’s mission to prevent injuries and save lives important to you?
As a healthcare professional and emergency medical provider for 25 years, I dealt with workplace injuries daily. Many injuries were acute while others were chronic, but they were all preventable, and brought with them long-term disabilities that impacted my patient’s ability work, enjoy their families, and ultimately they denied them the physical and mental wellness they needed to enjoy retirement.
