If you are an alcohol licensee and anyone in your establishment knowingly sells alcohol to someone underage, or to someone who is obviously intoxicated, you or your establishment can be held liable. Requiring the Responsible Beverage Server course to all your servers can limit any judgements against you.

• Understand and comply with the law
• Ask key questions to verify IDs
• Take proactive steps to detect and deter noticeable intoxication
• Avoid overserving
