  • Mine Safety
    • As the state’s only MSHA grant-funded recipient, we train and retrain miners working at surface and underground coal and metal and nonmetal mines, including miners employed at surface coal, or sand and gravel mining operations. North Dakota has low injury and fatality rates among its surface coal mines and we’d like to help keep it that way.Get the training you need from NDSC’s trainers whose evaluations rank near perfect every time! Mine safety courses include MSHA New Miner Part 46 Sand & Gravel, MSHA Refresher Part 46 Sand & Gravel, MSHA New Miner Part 48 Surface Coal, and MSHA Refresher Part 48 Surface Coal.
