The NDSC requires pre-registration and pre-payment on all training courses. If you are unable to attend a training course, you must cancel at least three business days prior to the course for a full refund. Late registrations, cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. NDSC reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum attendance requirements. In the event that a class is cancelled, NDSC will notify you and make other arrangements.
The North Dakota Safety Council teaches all courses in English. Any student taking a course from the NDSC must be proficient in English or provide their own translator. If a translator is used, he/she must have a background in occupational safety and health, the course length must be doubled and the company must set up a private course to allow for the extra teaching/translation time. Online options are available in Spanish for OSHA 10-Hour General Industry and Construction courses.
