Having
trouble signing-in?
If you are having problems signing-in, please try the
following:
Internet Explorer:
In the Tools
menu, select
Internet Options...
On the
General
tab, click
Delete Cookies...
A dialog will appear asking "Delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet
Files folder?" Click
OK.
Then click
OK
in the
Internet Options
window. Try logging in again.
Netscape:
In the Edit
menu, select
Preferences...
Under the
Privacy & Security
heading on the left, select
Cookies.
In the Cookies screen that appears, click
Cookie Manager.
In the Cookie Manager dialog, click
Remove All Cookies.
When you are asked if you are sure, click
OK.
Click
Close
in the Cookie Manager window and then
OK
in the Preferences window. Try logging in again.
