DDC Attitudinal Dynamics of Driving (3rd Addition)

This course addresses the attitudes of problem drivers and DUI offenders to change their driving behaviors. Participants will see how the choices they make have financial, legal and personal consequences, and they’ll learn to take responsibility for their actions. This course is used extensively for court referrals, as a diversion program for drivers with DUI, excessive violations or poor driving habits. It guides participants to ask questions, share opinions and join in non-threatening, non-judgmental discussions.

Course qualifies for insurance discount and WSI Safe Driver Program.

DDC Attitudinal Dynamics of Driving, Train-the-Trainer 

During this 3-day instructor development course, you'll gain the confidence to be an effective trainer for the Attitudinal Dynamics of Driving course. This instructor course features updated curriculum and facilitation methods and allows the instructor to confidently adapt his or her teaching style to meet the unique needs and characteristics of the audience. Let our experienced trainers provide you with the tools and knowledge to become an excellent trainer.

Train individuals, or any size group, at their own pace anywhere a PC and internet connection are available. No computer experience or software is required. And, it’s cost effective! Train all your drivers for less than what it would cost to send them out for instruction and far less than the cost of one preventable collision! The interactivity, real-life driving simulations and updated statistics help students comprehend driver distractions, fatigue, stress and road rage. Professional Truck Driver - Online

Keeping your drivers safe is now easy and convenient with the Professional Truck Driver online course. This online course is an effective alternative to a classroom course and is approved for personal insurance discounts. Train individuals or any size group - even at remote locations - for less than the cost of one preventable collision. Participants will learn the most common causes of truck-related collisions and practical techniques to avoid them. They’ll also learn about the challenges of driving large vehicles, dealing with uncontrollable conditions and hazards, and how to protect the safety of the motoring public. Qualifies for insurance discount and WSI Safe Driver program.

School Bus Driver Training

The North Dakota Safety Council offers a reliable and trustworthy resource for training the drivers that transport our communities’ students. Choose between a four-hour Defensive Driving Course or a three-hour custom bus driver course. The custom course allows you to select between eight specific bus driver sessions to adapt the course to your needs. Sessions include such topics as Establishing a Positive Environment on the Bus, Handling Disruptions on the Bus, Engaging the Support of the School Administration, Handling Students with Special Needs and First Aid on the Bus. As required by the Department of Public Instruction, all bus drivers must take the 4-hour Defensive Driving Course at least once every five years.
